  1. As a preamplifier/DAC combo, it really is a fantastic piece, especially at the $ price. Used as an integrated amplifier, it wasn't a good match for the Salk Signature Sound Songtowers: it just did not have enough drive to make the Songtowers sing. That's ok, not .
  2. It might not quite seem like what a Fantastic sequel should be -- in fact, it seems more like a sequel to its direct predecessor, 's Peachtree Road-- but that's hardly a bad eronkedbanomipordimicomdiaroo.xyzinfo that album and Songs from the West Coast before it, The Captain & the Kid is a sharp, professional piece of work by sharp professionals conscious of their past and no longer wishing to rest on their laurels.
  3. The Dillard and Clark partnership proved short-lived, and their second and final album was a disappointing set dominated by covers, but The Fantastic Expedition of Dillard & Clark is one of the first, inarguable classics of country-rock. Time has been kinder to this album than most of the genre's founding works, and it's a work rooted in 10/

  5. This live album had a good mix of their best material, even featuring songs from 'Tales From The Lush Attic' and 'Frequency'. Overall, this was a great listen and I thoroughly enjoyed this. I thank IQ for being a great band and helping us through these extreme times by hosting a livestream of a fantastic concert.
  6. 2 days ago · Then get the Stockholm Live 67 album which has to be heard to be believed. The sound quality is fantastic (it was recorded for Swedish radio). It was bootlegged in poor quality for years but then Heartbeat issued the whole thing properly and it shows just what a great live band the Prunes were.

Now, 30 years later, this remarkable concert has been remixed (including bonus performances of 'Pinball Wizard' and 'Saturday Night's Alright For Fighting') and is the second CD on this 30th Anniversary Deluxe Edition of Captain Fantastic. The entire original album has been remastered by Elton's engineer and the three bonus tracks from the most recent CD reissue have been added 'Lucy In the Sky With Diamonds /5(55).
  9. ‘Symphonie Pacifique’ is the new album from UK jazz pianist Greg Foat released through Strut Records. Through many of my UK Vibe reviews, I’ve quite often observed in awe the ability of various artists to create in a variety of different styles and contexts, and I’ve marvelled at their prolific nature with being able to release music in quick succession.
